It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear classmate Jeff Korman.
Jeff fought a valiant fight against the effects of several strokes. He was surrounded by friends and family and passed away peacefully.
Jeff was a fine friend, classmate, and a good man.
Please join us in offering condolences to the Korman family.

I did not know Jeffrey well at Edgment, but I am very glad we became friends later on, remaining in regular if loose contact for the past 25 years. I will always remember Jeffrey as an incredibly kind and decent man, a wonderful father, brother and friend. I was especially impressed by the equnaimity with which he endured tragedies--more than anyone should have to bear. Yet neverthless, Jeffrey remained open and giving. All who knew him mourn the loss of this very special person.

Jeff my beautiful friend - I will miss you dearly. I will miss our regular discussions on faith, football, and family. I will forever remember our time together at Edgemont, and the fun we had planing our high school reunions. And the parties at your house in Cotswold, listening to the newest Stevie Wonder albums. The best.
I’ll see you again on the other side.
Love you dearly - Patrick

I remember Jeffery well. We were quite good friends. I remember playing mad scientist with Jeff. We loved all the gear, the test tubes, beakers and reports. On sleepy Saturdays Jeff and I would steal down to Korvettes or Kleins to procure our chemicals and run back to mix things up. The most fun came in the wild lab setups where the ‘scientists’ were trying to get a loud bang, a colorful eruption, or exotic essence. We would laugh wildly if any or all of this happened, it was so much fun! Later competing for the same heart was maybe more complicated fun, but exciting. We stayed friends through the years. He drove all the way across the wide USA on that very big BMW bike, pulled up right to my house in Santa Rosa, Wow! I will miss Jeff. I am sure there are many who were touched by Jeff’s good nature and kindness who will miss him too. I am fortunate to have Jeffery come visit me in Beijing a few years back and I was able to get him up on a very wild portion of the Great Wall and dream of times long past. God speed Jeffery, on your way.
Your friend,
Ricky
